Extra-flexible mandrel built multipurpose suction and delivery hose for pharmaceutical products, pure chemical products, cosmetics, chemicals for photography, paints, glues, detergents, food and hygiene products. Tube: UHMWPE, smooth, conductive, resistant to abrasion, food quality. It does not alter the colour of the transported medium. According to F.D.A. standards (Tit. 21 § 177.1520 and Tit. 21 § 178.2010-3297). Filling layer of special black conductive rubber.
Reinforcement: High tensile textile plies and helix wire embedded, antistatic wire.
Cover: Gray cover made of special rubber, resistant to abrasion, ozone and weather conditions. The structure includes a longitudinal stripe inside the cover which can be removed and have access to a conductive layer which ensures a conductivity < 1,5 x 105 Ω between tube and cover. This stripe can be removed from the entire length or only at the point where the couplings have to be assembled (to be specified at the moment of the order). Fabric impression.
